I support international trade and develop to further stabilize our world through poverty reduction. However, it is important to include labor and environmental protections into trade agreements.
Due to the current pandemic and economic crisis, it will be necessary for the 117th Congress to implement a fiscal stimulus package to bolster our economy and help struggling people. I will ensure a universal jobs program is included in the package and we emphasize projects that rebuild our crumbling infrastructure and move towards sustainable technologies. My next priority of our water ensures the timely completion of the Everglades restoration projects and funding to research the causes and mitigation of red tide and blue-green algae, as well as climate change mitigation. I will also prioritize universal health care.
